The AusACPDM is pleased to offer a series of awards to honour our outstanding members and contributors to society.

Award Categories | The Award is for: |
Advocacy Achievement Award | Making a significant contribution to advocating for people with lived experience of disability |
Mentorship Award | A person who mentors others to improve services and care, promote professionalism and support ongoing education and research |
Person with a Lived Experience Award – Outstanding Contribution | A person with cerebral palsy or developmental disability who promotes the health and wellbeing of others |
Local Hero Award | A person with cerebral palsy or developmental disability, aged from 12 years, who resides in the Cairns area |
Transformative Practice Award | A clinician of any discipline who encourages evidence-based practice and translates research into practice

Each conference year, a call will be made for nomimations, to do this, we will ask that a letter (Max 400 words) is submitted outlining:
