What is the purpose of an AusACPDM Special Interest Group?
An AusACPDM Special Interest group brings together individuals with a professional interest in a particular focus area. Members of the group can join from different health fields as well as the lived experience of cerebral palsy or childhood-onsent condition. Groups meet to discuss research, advocacy, professional development and share knowledge.

Interested in forming an AusACPDM Special Interest Group?
Complete the Expression of Interest form, and email to info@ausacpdm.org.au.
Your proposal will be considered by the AusACPDM Board and relevant committees.
Process for review of a Special Interest Group (SIG) proposal
- SIG proposal to be reviewed by the AusACPDM Board.
- If applicable, the proposal will be sent for review to the relevent AusACPDM commitee/s, who may provide feedback or seek further information.
- If approved, SIG proposal with comments from reviewers to be forwarded to the AusACPDM Board for final approval.
- SIG proposal contact to be emailed with reviewers and boards recommendation.
- Response to include SIG’s agreement to provide a SIG Terms of Reference to the AusACPDM, an annual update of SIG at AusACPDM AGM, and periodic updates for quarterly AusACPDM newsletters.
