** The AusACPDM welcomes participation in our 2020 Visionaries Conference by persons with lived experience of disability, their family members and disability support workers. We look forward to sharing our scientific meeting, new knowledge and clinical best practice with the wider disability community and value your input at the conference in March 2020.
AusACPDM welcomes people with lived experience of disability, family members and support workers to participate in the AusACPDM2020Visionaries Conference in Perth. We are proud to offer 40 day pass registrations, to support this new initiative, for people with disabilities and their families. The funding has been jointly provided by the Board of AusACPDM and Disability and Carer Support Program Grant from the Australian Government. AusACPDM acknowledges the Department of Social Services for the provision of this grant.
The 40 Day passes will be allocated on a first-in-first-served basis. Applications are now open, click here for more information.
Professional and student registrations will be eligible for Continued Professional Development (CPD) points. The AusACPDM is pleased to offer CPD certificates of participation to all professional registrants at the 2020 Conference. Certificates will be distributed via email at the conclusion of the 2020 Visionaries Conference. Please check this box to ensure you receive your certificate of participation

Registration for full registrants includes entry into all scientific sessions, access to the conference app, attendance e-certificate, morning, afternoon teas and lunches on each day of the conference and Welcome Reception.

- Payment by credit card – Secure payment can be made online during the registration submission page (MasterCard or Visa accepted)
- Payment by EFT – Please quote your invoice/client number when paying by EFT
Invoice payable within 14 days.
For EFT payments please email remittance advice to DC Conferences once payment has been processed and ensure that you reference the delegate name in the payment description.

Cancellation Policy for Registration
If notification of cancellation is made in writing to the Conference Secretariat, prior to Thursday 30 January 2020, a refund will be provided (less AUD 150 processing fee). No refund will be given after this date, although a substitute delegate will be accepted.
